My payment is just 5000 per month. However court grant interim maintenance of 3000 rs in favour of wife. My education is just 12th pass and my wife is D farm,B pharm graduate. Now my wife file false 498A Private complaint before same court. Court has given order to police u/s 156 or something like that for investigation. She involved all my innocent family members and harrash them. My brother, sister having strong proofs and evidence for proving their innocence. And they want to file counter complaint of cruelty, defamation, mental harrashment. What can I do now in 498a and DV case? My advocate is not active. I have all strong proofs but I feel like useless. I am totally collapse. A.Yes sir you can change your advocate at any time and then hire a new advocate who will be active.
However before that you will need a NOC from the previous advocate and give the same to the new advocate.
Thanks
