ME AND MY OLDEST PARENETS ARE BEING TORTURED BY MY WIFE AND MY FATHER IN LAW PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY . HOW TO DEFEAT THIS

I , Satyajit Guha , 30yrs old , living at Dum dum Cantonment in Kolkata got married before 1yr 9mns. Now I have 9mn’s son. Me and my oldest parents ( Mother 63yrs old & Father 68yrs old ) are being mentally & physically tortured extremely by my wife Priyanka Guha for her too much threats of police taking the advantage of Woman’s act , blackmailing of suicide , using slang language and extreme shouting on my oldest parents for almost 1.6yr. We already made 5 GD in Dum Dum Police Station against my wife. In often my father in law Uttam Dari came in my house taking many persons to give threats and mentally torture on my parents in my absence. Not only mentally tortured but also my wife is blackmailing to my oldest father ( age 68yrs old ) to involve him in rape case for barged my parents form our house. In many night we could not able to sleep for her suicide blackmail for whole night and I am also physically tortured by her. On 16.04.19 my father in law Uttam Dari came in my house in evening with his brother in law & wife and forcefully took away my 9mns child and my wife in my absence. My parents and my aunty were trying to prevent them , but in that time my father in law at first pushed my father and then he hit my mother in her hand. On that time at 7:38pm my father called in Dum Dum Police station. But Police did not come. Even the next date 17.04.19 of this incident when we went to Police Station , then the police officer did not take our GD. So having compelled we sent this GD through Registered with AD to Dum Dum Police Station.
So please suggest me how to prevent my wife for coming in my house and get separation.
