Getting Calls from.Fake Adovcate and harrasement

Hi Sir,
I have been getting a threatening calls and harrasement from the fake Adovcate , saying that he is a Advocate Mihir Patel , but when I check in Truecaller it shows , it is spam caller. They are harrasing and asking money from me otherwise they will file a case on me.
Sir, please tell me , it's a fraud company. lot of people like me are been harrased

You have two option. Bring to the notice of concerned Bar Council and ask them to file a complaint with police. Or file a complaint by your self.

please go to the local P.S. and file a FIR against such number
Go to the cyber crime cell and also lodge a complaint.
The next time he calls you tell him that you have already filed complaint in the cyber cell.
He shall mend his ways.
