Hello sir,
There is own boundary nd i have leave 4ft margin with wall .there is neighbour wall .we have extend wall from boundary wall also.can i make window in our wall wihch is 4 ft far from wall .it can be .

A.Sir,
There are a lot of things which need to be looked into before making a window.
Such as.
1. Whether you are allowed to do so
2. Is the extension allowed by the plans
3. Can you alter the structure

if you do have the right then too before doing the same, you shall require the permission from the sanctioned authorities.
Obviously you have the right to air and sunlight, however, such right should not come at a cost of reducing the neighbors right.
