looking for a civil lawyer

I have an ancestral property in bareilly measuring 4409 gaj in the heart of the city in bareilly with a present circle rate of Rs.72000 to 76000/ gaj...costing around 35 crores ..There is a dispute going on regarding the selling of my share in it which is going on since 20 years and is now being heard every week..
As I don't have money to fight my case in the court I am looking for a civil lawyer preferably either from delhi ncr or Lucknow who could appear on my behalf and finalize it at the earliest...should be smart dynamic and knowledgeable .

I am willing to offer him 10% of the total receives I get from any two of my other two share holders in the property..so he has to work on himself but will be given 10% on the amount I receive my share is around 12 crores...
