"My question is, 1.6 years ago I immediately resigned from my position in the customer service department and found a new job. I submitted my immediate resignation to my previous company, but they later stated they terminated me and did not provide an experience letter. Now, my current employer, after 1.6 years, is requesting the experience letter for the onboarding process. They have asked me to resign effective today, with my last day of work being August 10th, 2024. They've given me 10-12 days to obtain the experience letter from my previous company, otherwise, I will have to leave the job. In this case, what should I do? Please reply as soon as possible."
