Dear sir
After completion of my diploma,I joined in one private company.by managing working hours I completed my B tech( full time)..after that I joined in one PSU( diploma base not btech base)...my doubt is sir,if anybody files a case on me regarding doing full time degree while working...what will happen to my present job(which is diploma based job)..

A.Dear Sir,
You may not face any problem better contact any advocate and get acquire some documents from the said company about your timings.

A.Sir,
if in case there is a conflict of interest then the company shall ask you to leave such job.
You might as well be black listed for such things
Be very cautious with these things. If caught it might land you into big trouble.

Dear sir,
Thank you for your response,
But sir my present job is diploma based one.it is not based on btech(which is done in previous company by managing working hours)...if any one files a case,I thought court will retain my degree..

Sir, if you get caught it will be troublesome.
Till the time no one is complaining it is okay.
