Maternity Leave Policy
Can a woman employee leave company without notice period after availing her maternity benefits or after finishing her maternity break? Also, are there any provisions with the current employer to deal with this situation where the woman employee suddenly leaves the company after availing all the benefits?If the current company brings any changes in the policies or agreement of employment, will that be applicable to the employee on maternity leave? Can other types of leaves be clubbed with these benefits?
