A.Dear Sir,
You can first try to get quash FIR against you or atleast get stay order on further investigation and in the meanwhile lodge a complaint against him or directly approach Magistrate by filing private complaint.

A.Approach the hc for quashing of such FIR and thereafter proceed legally.
