Maine ek jameen ka byana leke agreement kiya.or 6 month time rakha.jiske pure hone k baad b party ne registry nhi kiya,to maine ek new agreement kiya 3rd party se .Usse b byana liya or usne b registry nhi kiya.
Means dono agreement ka time alag alag hai.or dono ka time khatam ho chuka hai. To byana amount doob jaati hai.right.....Ab wo dono party mere khilaaf kya koi legel action le sakte hai. Agar ha to kya ya kis trah ka???? Please btaye....

A.Sir aapke jawab ke lie humhe aapke agreement ko behtar tarike se dekhna parega ki usme kya kya clauses daale hue hai.
Haalaki aksar agar dooban ka clause daala rehta hai to wo kuch nahi kar sakte magar aapke lie ek permanent injunction lena humesha behtar rahega.
