Divorce - need your help

I need your help for my female friend. She is suffering from lot of pain and struggle. Let me tell you what happened, she was in a relationship with one guy. My friend is completely selfless she always helped him in any situation. Whenever my friend ill, got fever or something else still she helped that guy and his family. But in 2021 that guy's parents emotionally blackmail her in our caste we can not marry late if you (my friend) will not marry him then his life would spoil and all. So she got court marriage with him in 2021. But she never lived with him. She lived her home even now also she is living her home. In 2021 we are studying Master of Organic chemistry and she was my classmate and we are good friends of eachother. My friend's parents didn't know anything but that guy marry with her when my friend's mental condition was not good, she was not mentally well. And that guy and his family took advantage of that time and her selfless attitude. After 2021 she got married thats guy started mentally harassing to my friend. Like when we were in college lectures he was calling her and if she didn't receive the call due to our lectures he was abusing her, he was fighting with her. If by mistake she didn't receive call to her still he was doing same thing. She didn't eat non veg and eggs and he was bringing with him to her to eat eggs and she didn't eat he was starting fight to her. If she was ill and she is not capable to go anywhere still he forced her to go with him if she didn't he was abusing her. She was crying many times front of me and she said I am not a good daughter and I punished by my karma because I cheat with my parents she felt regret so much. I told her be strong don't feel weak. I always tried to save her relationship but it's not in good conditions. Now, she wants a divorce from him. But he is telling I will not give you divorce and I will not live you peacefully. This is 2024 still her parents don't know about this matter. And he is blackmailing her daily like tell your parents about us but she says i won't live with you. Nowadays if she doesn't receive his call he is calling directly her mother and her mother shouting on her. My friend many times indirectly asked to her parents if I would do something like this would you help me? Her parents said no we would not. Nowadays we are doing job but out job is not so good. And my friend feel so lonely. He is mentally harassing her daily. He is calling anytime at night at morning at evening anytime. Even she can not sleep due to him. He said I will cut you, I will kill you. She said to me I won't live now I want to suicide. But I said to her in any condition in the life we don't have to take this step please calm down. So she listen to me and she didn't. He is spoiling her life. No one help my friend and she is not a financially independent so she can not fight legally right now. And she is mentally completely unstable. She has so many diseases and nobody feel her what is her mental condition. She doesn't have children and even she doesn't want to maintenance she wants just separation from him nothing else. So what should we do now?
