Remote neural monitoring brain decoding and invisible physical harassment DEW

Sir, iam the victim of remote brain decoding, using wireless direct energy to cause pain in the body, knowing people who do it, can't legally do anything because there isn't enough evidence.Even if a complaint is filed, no investigation is done, Also faced with the taunt of seeing a psychiatrist.Requesting assistance to proceed legally.

To prove medical negligence or professional misconduct against a Doctor or a Hospital is the toughest procedure that often fails on the ground technicalities and procedural mandates. Before knocking on the door of the Consumer Forum, you need to ensure that you are a victim of medical negligence by filing a complaint before the Ethics & Penal Committee of the State Medical Council. Based on the findings of the State Medical Council, you have to approach the Consumer Forum seeking appropriate relief over alleged medical negligence. In case the findings of these authorities do not support your allegation of medical negligence, your approach to the Consumer Forum would not yield any relief in the matter and your complaint of medical negligence against the Doctors/Hospitals may be rejected by the forum even at the time of admission hearing. Complaint required to be filed before the Consumer Forum within two years from the date of cause of action. So, considering the period of limitation to file a complaint before the District Consumer Commission under Sec.35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, seeking compensation for negligence and deficiency in service, you have to file a complaint before the State Medical Council ASAP and simultaneously file a complaint before the Consumer Forum explaining therein the status of your complaint before the SMC to get your complaint admitted by the Consumer Forum within the period of limitation.
