Service without bill Or GST receipt

I am training for professional cricket here in jaipur Rajasthan. In my academy all is good. They are GST registered but they provide a facilities of locker without any receipt or bill also not provide GST tax recipet. Although in Academy fees receipt they mentioned GST rate but for locker facilities they don't provide any kind of receipt. I am not sure it's attempt to GST fraud or not. Kindly guide me about it. if it is illegal or reply the same. They hold my kit bags not not releasing them.

Under Section 31 of the CGST Act, 2017, a registered person supplying taxable goods or services is required to issue a tax invoice containing details such as the amount charged and GST. As per Section 35 of the Act, every registered person must keep and maintain records of all their transactions. If they are not issuing tax invoice then it is an offence punishable under section 122 of CGST Act. Request for the tax invoice formally for the locker facility. If they are not giving you the receipt after repeated request, you can file a complaint before the consumer forum for Unfair trade practices. Or you may visit GST office in Jaipur and file a complaint. We hope that our response is helpful to you.
