Sir my father has 2 brothers, in this 1 brother give the 1 part of property (1/3) to my father. Now my father(2/3) property is registered. But another (1/3) property not registered. In this condition my father takethe home in (2/3) property.in This opposite party making trouble in the (2/3) property. What is the solution for this

A.The best option for you sir is to get an injunction so that they do not trouble you ever again.
