Dear Sir, My great grandmother was gifted immovable property in 1930 after her marriage by her father, it has been mentioned that the property can be enjoyed by her children & their successors & the deed has been registered in subregistrar office.
when she was alive her husband married again as she had 3 daughters & no sons she died at young age without revealing the property details to her daughters & the document was stolen by our neighbor at the time of her death, accidentally I found the document week back. After tracing the land details found unknown persons at the place & they told us that they are cultivating the land from 50 yrs & they will not vacate the land, pls let me know how to handle this.
