Tenant problem Tenant problem

Respected sir/madam, how to proceed for eviction a tenant occupying a shop having no agreement. He has forcibly kept his shop closed for two months and more trying to pay rent via money order which I have refused. He is neither coming to open the shop nor coming to make an agreement nor vacating it. Please suggest a very fast and very very impressive way. Thanks.

A.Send them a legal notice asking them to evict then premise within a stipulated time period.
If they fail to do so, file an eviction suit against them on the grounds of
1. Non compliance of notice period
2. Non payment of rent etc.
Hire a local lawyer for the same.
Thanks

A.Dear Client,
Send a legal notice through some advocate to vacate the property within a stipulated time period. If they dont comply to such legal notice, file a suit for eviction.
Thanks.
