Are married daughters are also held responsible for the care of elderly parents ? Is there any judgment came of bombay highcourt 3 years ago ?

A.Even married daughter have the responsibility to take care of their aged parents.
They need to maintain their parents and keep their well being.
The parents call file a maintenance case u/s 125 CrPc or If they are above 60 also, under the Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

A.Dear Clients,
If the parents are unable to maintain themselves then the sons and the daughters are equally responsible to maintain them under the senior citizens act and also under 125 crpc.
