Can my mom claim share on my grandfather's property which was acquired by my grandfather. Both my mom and grandfather have expired. My mother got married around 1960s.

A.dear client i agreed on the advice that the event of death of original owner the property will pass as per the will or testament. If no will or document it will pass on to the successor or assigns as per the claimants.
