Need advice on police trouble

Dear sir,

I used to get lots of suspicious call and send email to senior police officer. Later we found the politicians men were used to trouble so that we give police complaint. And when we approached police they say that there is no complaint on us. However there is a bunch of people officials and civilians who trouble us. Need suggestions on this. This is unresolved for more then 6 years by many lawyers. Ground problem are our personal however resolved on our own. But the officals are still creating mess. How get help and resolve. Initially girl problem was mentioned we saw nothing in that but was troubled for more then 4 years using this rumors then every thing we were getting was misguided. All this after police complaint. Please suggest.
