If objection from other flat owners for dog in appartment

No laws exist to prohibit the keeping of pets or feeding of stray animals and protect animal lovers from harassment. You can seek help from NGO's who render dedicated service for animal welfare to resolve the issue.

No its not illegal for keeping dog in a apartment if other flat owners objection because of unsecured you can send a legal Notice to them. High court has given a judgement wherein it has been ordered that one can keep dogs in the Flat. If its a pet dog you just have to make sure that you don't let the dog poop or piss Infront of the neighboring houses also during walks the dog must have a Face Mask...so that it doesnot bite any persons
