Fault in new car

If the dealer has not succeeded in fixing the problems even in a rational effort, the consumer is qualified for a refund or replacement. In this regard, maintain a list of all the problems and the dates of visits and communications over the repairs. Write a letter to the dealer whereby you formally report your complaint and demand the right action to be taken. If the dealer fails to act, take the issue to Maruti Suzuki customer care or register a complaint through the offices of that company. You can file a legal notice for a defective product & can ask for a refund/replacement because despite of telling them the issue the car defect problem isn't resolved. So they must refund the amount & you can also file it in consumer court for the same.
