a fraud shopkeeper took money for making gun licence and once I gave him money he continues demanding and demanding more and more money..for this, that.. Now he didn't gave me licence...i gave him 35000 for the same..i have transferred 29000 rupees in his account...
his easy targets are serving army person.

File a Private complaint to a magistrate
