Partial partition deed & No time limit for sharing certain property

Question-1: Certain properties are left in Register partition deed in view of this How original register Partition deed court will consider ?
Question-2:In registered partitioned deed the share of family member has not time limit, how court will consider this since time period is infinite

A.File a partition suit and claim your right over the remaining properties.
