Dear sir
Property is 60 sq yards hyderabad. Am staying this house since 30 years but without any title of ownership. I don't have original property documents I purchased without agreement 30 year back with owner. And its not a registered property no record in register Office and Nill EC.
But since 3 years my sister creating nuicence saying that my mother gifted the property to she created gift deed at my mother time now my mother also expired and even property also not my mother name. And now finallu she asking me rs 5 laks for settlement if I give she will wacate the house. Hence I agreed so please suggest me what agreement I can do with her now like sale deed or obsolute owner sale agreement please advice she was having gift deed notary from my mother on that base can I also do gift deed from her or any other Pls. Advice

And I have to do mutual understanding agreement also separate Pls advice for ts 5 lacs


Which is best title Pls revert

A.File a declaration suit immediately.

Get file a suit for declaration and have title to your ownership.

Sir my am client. My query is my father going to purchase 3 rooms at ground floor from his own sister. Under settlement for rs 5laks. Because she have gift deed only from my grand mother gifted to her. But neither she was not original owner just she created gift deed notarised that too not registered at sub registered office. Hence now we want to close the deal so we dicide to give 5 laks to her hence I these case what we have to create like sale deed or again gift deed on my father name from her post advice

So that later we go to court for any in future

A.Then u will need to file adverse possession suit for it
