Restitutions of conjugal right

I and my husband got separated from two years because of mother in law and now it is come till divorce. They are harassing me for divorce. I tried so much for reconciliation but it did not work. Even I went to Vanitha Sahayavani even there reconciliation failed. There the counsellor suggested to move legally with restitution of conjugal right . Will this work.

A.do you have any kids? do you want to divorce? if they suggest you to file RCR, then I presume, you do not want the divorce, if yes, then go and file RCR, maybe, during court proceedings, you both join matrimonial knot again. Good Luck

A.There are two options.
1. Get rid of such a life and stay happy by filing a mutual divorce and get separated.
2. File a divorce case along with DV and 498A also claim maintenance u/s 125CRPC and choke them.

A.Dear client
As you said many times you persuaded for reconciliation but all went in vain. Hence , you have all documents then must file for Divorce no need to go for RCR. If your husband is ready to go for divorce you both may not for Mutual divorce.
You may file for maintainanc unless you married again after divorce.

I’m Not ready to go for divorce, however husband and mother in law are harassing me for divorce . They are asking me to give divorce

A.If u want divorce then u should try to file divorce by mutual consent u will get divorce in just six months
