Recovery of ornaments
Hi, my wife has possession of my late mom's antique gold ornaments which she took from me. Now divorce, RCR and women cell cases are in proceedings between us. I have some WhatsApp chat proofs that she has these ornaments with her. Can i file recovery suit against her ?

A.suit for recovery can't be filed...... better option is to make a police complaint or file an application, to the court, where criminal case (498a etc) is going on, to direct her to bring the same.
