In 1988 my mom and dad gave land which is registered with my mom name. In the same year, I constructed house& entered Gramphanchayat record on my name &paying tax from that day and I'm living in it. Later my dad died in 1997. After I got disputes with mom&brother.Last year I did gift deed registration to my wife to apply for a bank loan. Then my mom cheated sub-registrar & did gift deed registration to my sister with 1987 land copy which is with her name &with fake created house plan of their own. And applied for a name change with those documents in the municipality. The municipal commissioner is over interfered and assigned house no. with h.no/a. How it is possible for him. They don't have any documents except their registration docs. I need your kind suggestion regarding.. 1.How sub registrar did registration with a land copy of 1987 without any additional proofs. 2. How municipal commissioner accept it for mutation with only registration docs. According to registration docs house plan doesn't match to the actual one. Finally, my request to you is.. Is there any right to them to occupy or to do any thing legally with 1987 land document. How to take on municipal commissioner in this matter for favoring them. How to face them

A.Dear Sir,
You may lodge police complaint and also approach civil Court for cancellation of all such irrelevant documents.
