Is maintenance charge applicable for educated and working women.can she file for maintenance charge

however if the court uses its discretionary powers it may allow the same.
Then too it will be the work of your lawyer to prove in the court that with such sort of education and work you are unable to provide for yourself and it is not sufficient.
However, the opposite lawyer will try to nullify all such claims.
