Q.Regarding court mamrriage
hello sir/mam,
Myself sonali, I belong to a sikh religion. I'll b marrying in October,2019 to a sikh person, who is a British citizen. I am then going to apply for a spouse VISA.
I have a query regarding court marriage for submission of paper works, i.e, if we do a court marriage ( Registration of marriage) AFTER religious narriage in gurudwara will be better or we should do a court marriage BEFORE religious marriage and submit the paper work before religious marriage bcoz it'll save our time
Pls suggest which procedure will b best according to you.

A. ) Court marriage would help you with your visa requirements faster. Its a much shorter route. I am an Immigration Lawyer myself specialising in cases like these.
