Regarding court mamrriage

hello sir/mam, Myself sonali, I belong to a sikh religion. I'll b marrying in October,2019 to a sikh person, who is a British citizen. I am then going to apply for a spouse VISA. I have a query regarding court marriage for submission of paper works, i.e, if we do a court marriage ( Registration of marriage) AFTER religious narriage in gurudwara will be better or we should do a court marriage BEFORE religious marriage and submit the paper work before religious marriage bcoz it'll save our time Pls suggest which procedure will b best according to you.

Court marriage would help you with your visa requirements faster. Its a much shorter route. I am an Immigration Lawyer myself specialising in cases like these.

If u married already according to religious marriage then no need to again marriage just approach to the marriage registration office in Ur are in district collector office department. Of municipal corporation or nagarnigam . And provide them marriage card. Photos of marriage.if any more information please contact me through Vidhikarya service
