hello sir..please guide kijiye. Can whtsap chats or facebook or instagram chats can be taken as an evidence and can these evidence be produced as base for divorce.
if so, what worst the defendant can face if he is a man.
I heard ki whtsap chats can be taken in consideration only in case ki kisi ki zindagi ya maut ka sawal ho.

please help kijiye..and kya ye state to state differ karta hai.

A.social media chats and all digital chatting/voice are admissible in Courts as evidence subject to the submission of a certificate.
defending a case depends upon facts of the case.
