False FIR has been lodged already, NBW issued, but now both parties want to settle, what is the best legal way?

A.Dear client,
Now after lodging FIR , process of law has started and NBW has been issued , hence alleged persons has to move for filing Antici. Bail petition at court. Whereas you have not mentioned under what sections has been FIR.
After bail process completed , shall have to move for quashing at H.Court. And later witness have to be declared Hostile . Or if sections are compromiseing , then petition shall be moved .
You may consult for the same case .
Thanks

A.If you found lodging FIR is false, then you can approach to High court and quash the FIR, oR Else if both the parties are settled the matter out of court and the complainant has to adduce hostile witness in the witness box, then the proceeding may be dropped.

A.Ask the complainant to drop the case and inform to the court that both of them are ready to settle the same out of court. As such this case shall be not pressed further and That the complainant is not wishing to entertain litigation as both the parties have mutually decided to solve such matter amicably outside court.
Thanks.

A.Dear Sir,
You can approach the police and they will record further statement of complainant and close the case. Alternatively you may approach High Court and get file affidavit of complainant and get close the said investigation on the FIR.

Thanks.
