A.if you had made any complaint when you lost your documents?
have you obtained duplicate copies of lost certificates?
you are advised to immediately engage a prudent counsel else will be trapped in criminal case,

A.Dear Client,
Why did you not lodge a complaint before the police station when you lost your certificates?
Send a legal notice to the bank through an advocate stating the entire issue and proceed legally .
Thanks.

A.Dear Sir,
It seems to be time barred loan they cannot hold. Summarily and in a short cut way approach the High Court and get appropriate order.

A.After lost your educational certificates, did you lodge the complaint..? If so then you have evidence of lost your testimonials and even if other person misused your certificates and got the loan, just verify the photo's and give the complaint against them. On the basis of certificates cannot open the SBI Account without valid ID and Address proof. Please consult lawyer to sending legal notice and filing proper suit.

A.SBI can not hold your account just like that and not allow you to transact. There must be good reason or valid reason shown by them in writing to stop you from accessing the account. If they have done that in that case take the letter to a lawyer and get his/her opinion on how to proceed further legally.
If they have not given you any letter then you first of all send a legal notice to SBI followed by further legal actions.
