Computer turn off during typing exam

I had an information assistant typing exam in 2nd shift on 29th. As soon as Hindi typing started, I started typing and it was going well but after 9 or 10 minutes suddenly the ID gets logged out and then it takes 3 to 4 minutes to login back. Time comes back from where I stopped but the word on which I stopped is not visible and the paragraph appears from the beginning. Even after spending 35 to 40 seconds searching for the word I was not able to find, I get pressured and start typing and after repeating a few lines, I reach the word where the PC was switched off and then I Confidence further falls and test gets worse. Now what should I do next? I am expecting a suggestion from you please reply

Dear Client,
A technical glitch in an electronic device is not considered a human error unless it is proved that such an error is caused by a human and is beyond the control of humans and such a situation is considered force majeure, i.e, an event for which no party can be held accountable. So, your standalone approach to the authority for any consideration may not stand applying the doctrine of force majeure.
