What next after dismissal of Contempt of Court Petition - LPA or else ? What next after dismissal of Contempt of Court Petition - LPA or else ?

Denying fair opportunity to the petitioner for rebuttal argument, single Judge hastily dictated dismissal order of CoCP-2411/2017 at Chandigarh early this month, based of wrong / part reading of the order of DB-1, which advised the petitioner to file contempt or execution of its order that remained to be complied with. What is the procedure for LPA before DB against single judge's order ?
