FIR through Court Complain
I belong to ST community, my child passed with B + grade ie 55% in Class IX, but the Director of the School denied him admission to Class X in the same school , he is also a National Sportsman, representing Assam State. Can I file a case against him under SC ST PoA , if not under what section can be filed?

A.Go to the authorities and ask them as to why are they denying admission to such student.
Take such a denial in writing and then complain to the local P.S.
Send them a legal notice with the copy of the police complain attached as annexure
If they do not comply to the legal notice, then, you can take appropriate legal remedy.
Thanks

A.Dear Sir,
It is better to approach High Court instead of criminal cases which gives no result.
