Judge is not fair with the judgment
Dear Advocates, I bought a DTCP approved salable in nature community hall plot in 2006 with all necessary approvals and NOC's (Which includes Panchayat resolution passed on 2005) from respective departments. In 2023(After 18 years), As per DTCP norms and Government circulars, I converted my community hall plot to residential plot and got approved from DTCP (Technical Layout and DTCP order copy). In 2024 sitting Panchayat leader passed a new resolution stating that land belongs to panchayat so cancelling the old resolution which passed on 2005 without any single proof. I filed a Writ petition against the resolution in high court and got interim order and judge asked to the GP to file a counter and call for records. After 2 months judge changed. New judge dismissed the case saying that Court cannot interfere in the resolution and should not buy such property. On that day GP not appeared, not filed a counter. Judge not validating my evidences but I lost the case. What shout I do in this situation. I am helpless now. I have all legal valid government documents with me but I lost the case
