Deceased and his wife doesn't hav children.deceased had an illegal affair.he wrote will in favour of illegal affair and children from illegal relation.is will legal.what is position of his legal wife

A.Dear Client,
The deceased has every right to do so as the property he transferred was his self-acquired property. All you can do is challenge the will.

Will is registered ,but in will he mentioned his illegal relation as his wife ,and every will should be attested.at one place he put his fingerprint ,but on Aadhar card he wrote his name as signature, deceased is a lawyer,.
How can a registrar accept such mistakes.

A.You have not stated here, whether the WILL is registered or not.? if the registered will can do any person as he desires, If not one, you can challenge said WILL.

A.The legal wife can challenge such will at maximum. Though the husband has all the rights to create such a will and give it to any person he desires.

If a part of will is wrong ,can the whole will be invalid or that wrong part will be invalid??

If any of the part of the will is wrong or is wrongly written then only such part which is wrong shall be removed and the remaining shall work accordingly. However, the court has its discretion to the same.
