My family person eloped and got married...are there any ways to get her back without her husband...

A.File a police complaint and if the police fails to esquire and trace her then
you may file a writ in the High Court in the nature of "Habeas Corpus" making her husband as husband as the opposite party and demanding him to produce such person in the court as he has illegally and unlawfully detained her and has eloped.
