Registration of house from seller to buyer

My father bought a house 17years ago...from our village (mohana)...we have registered the house with my father name in document...and we have all the proof ...but in registry(online)....it shows... The house is under the name of our seller...then...for further what is the procedure to convert name ...from seller to buyer...Is there any chance of we are gonna get into any trouble? We have all the documents...of our house...which is registered in my father's name ...

Dear Client,
At first ensure that the sale deed is registered in your father's name. Visit the local sub-registrar's office and you can ask for a certified copy of the title deed. Visit to the municipal office and apply for the property mutation. Property mutation means updating and changing the land revenue records, visiting the local revenue authority in order to make a change in ownership title. Once the mutation is done, the record will reflect the updated ownership of the property. We hope that our response is helpful to you.
