The sale agreement was done for Rs 6300000 and registration was done for Rs 6300. But now the GV is Rs 6400000 and the same is mentioned in sale deed, so can we use the sale agreement at the time of sale deed registration.

A.Sir,
The question you have mentioned has a lot of glitches and latches which cannot be understood.
By seeing your question all I can say is that the sale agreement is invalid.
Your sale agreement value is 63lac and sale deed shows 64lac
The registration of the same is to be paid at a minimum of 1% with rs100 for pasting charges.
Ie. either Rs. 63,000 + 100 OR Rs. 64,000 + 100 [as the case maybe]
Please provide proper information or else check your query if in case there is any typing error.
Thanks
