Dear Sir,

I belong to Tamilnadu and have all my immovable properties in Chennai area.
Now I am staying in Noida in a rental property due to my professional activities.

A.Will is something that can be prepare at any place anywhere, anytime.but to execute it will be the duty of your legal heir to file probate case at Court .You cannot do this execution during your lifetime,as it is only be executed after your death. You only can prepare this.
