My brother has been arrested for not attending a case at Gaya 1st class magistrate no notice no reminder he got from lawer or court .He has been arrested since 20 th may for transit to Gaya court but due to ellaction forces not available and West Bengal court lawyer on strike since 24 April all work stop .How he will be released these are the frame case no crpc or ipc details we got .

A.immediately engage one local lawyer and file bail application and get him released from the jail

A.Your brother can move his bail at court of his own,if granted bail,hecan file P.R.bond for release.Contact local lawyer at that court where he was produced.

Your brother has been arrested in non appearance before the concerned court dates, whereas your lawyer at gaya could have intimated of such situation or possibility of adverse order of the court. Before saying anything your case need to be discussed in detail , eg what was issue or case under what section in FIR etc.
