My mom aged65 now was married off at very early age..( 11 yr ).at that time it was agreed that some 1 acre of land will be given to her. my mother's paternal aunt gave some 6 tulas of gold to be gifted to my mother which was under my mother's mother's possession. After some time my mother's father died. My mother's mother who dislikes daughters very much never gave anything to my mother. my grand parents earned upto 50 acres of land ( a huge property now.)a big house, gold...my mother's mother Gave everything to her sons(2 sons)but nothing to my mother. my mother kept on asking to give the 1 acre land and gold (given by her aunt) but was always humiliated. My mother usually is a loving person.. she used to send clothes, fruits to her mother , brothers all the time. My mother's mother sold off my mother's 1 acre land,g old . This money was later taken by my mother's brother. Today my mother's brothers, mother are dead.Everything under my uncles wife's control. Can my mother claim anythin

A.Yes she can
She will need to file a partition suit
and if there are any living heirs of the dead people in the family even make them the parties so that even they get their rightful share.
Thanks
