I had a known person who lured me into investing in F&O on the pretext of high returns and since I was jobless that time and he was a bit known I put some money but he asked me to put more money, it was quite some amount..he also told the risk guarantee is his..I have all chats and recorded calls..now nearly my 90% of amount is gone and when I tell him to trade carefully he keeps on saying have patience, i will pay you and all but the thing is I am not having a good guy feeling..what if he is a fraud..I came to know him via some work thing but we have never met..I know it was stupid of me to trust him but I was out of job so was a bit desperate..as I said I have all calls and whatsapp to prove myself.. please suggest next steps

A.Dear client
It appears that you have been cheated and defrauded by the said person, and in all likelihood, you must stop your losses by coming out of such kind of investment. Speak to that person directly and ask him to return your money. Whatever he can else you will have to take a legal action against him. You can send him a legal notice through a lawyer and try to recover your money, followed by filing a civil case for money recovery and a cheating case to the local police station. Please be advised that depending on further information shared by you, the advice given here, may get modified .
