A.You can file a complain at your nearest P.S. or file a case u/s12 of Domestic Violence Act at your jurisdictional Court asking for compensation,Police Protection Order,monetery relief,residence order along with child custody order etc.you may call me at 9831590935.This is not a criminal case,but quasi civil in nature.
