A.in General, Court cannot force any person (male, female) to give divorce, but the Court can decree the same on merit

A.The court cannot force a person to get divorced. However if a female does not want to get divorced she can fight it out and contest such divorce in the court and then based on the merit of the divorce case the court shall then decide what should be done.

A.Court cannot apply force . But if she's not ready to live with his husband then follow the procedure
