I have been married for 12 years. After my father's death ( from day of my father's death) my in laws and wife started behaving strangely and threatened me to stay away from my widow mother. She stayed at in laws place along with my son as i did not agree to leave my mother. Now forcefully i am staying away from my widow mother. I manages entire home expenses + gives her 10000 with no accountability. She is demanding 35000 to 50000 per month. Please suggest. (Pune, Maharashtra)

A.Dear Sir,
Please stop paying any amount to her until Court orders for any interim maintenance. Thus you can prolong the matter until and unless she resumes marital life.

A.Dear client
Your wife asking you to stay away from your mother cruelty as per the Indian courts. Since you have been staying at your in-laws place due to the undue demand of your wife, there is no law which says that you have to pay money which is more than what she requires to meet up her monthly expenses. If she does not agree to this, then let her file a maintenance case in the court of law and seek the maintenance amount through the court. In case you find all this scenario, troublesome and do not wish to continue this marriage, you can easily file a divorce case on the ground of cruelty committed by your wife .
