Can I be an accused by law.

My close relative has cheated 3 persons by way of collecting money from them for selling land (land for road). He is the owner of it as he has willnama. (stamp paper signed with witnesses as heard by outsiders not from the two parties) and applied for permission for sale in the O/o Tehsildar and absconding. The 3 persons asking me the whereabouts of my close relative as they know me very well in my village. It is irritating me as I know nothing about it. But they are asking my relatives current station of staying. I have told them the whereabouts of my relative at last known to me and I know nothing of my close relative. I have send Rs.10000/- 3 to 4 times to his mobile wallet unknowingly as the relative had requested to transfer the amount as someone had transferred to my bank account as per my relatives request. Can I be in inquiry and be punished by law.

A.Not now, only any criminal case/ Complaint is made before any enforcing authority. It is better not to involve in any activities till he has cleared from the cheating issue.

if criminal case or complaint is made, can I be produced before cout for my unknowingly fund transferred to his paytm wallet?
