What is a notarized agreement? What is the validity of a notarized agreement? Is there any validity? Can I register my rent agreement by a notary public? What if I registered my deed for less than 11 months? What is the process if I want to renew my 11months rent agreement?
A.Dear Sir,
Below eleven months there is no requirement of registration as per Section 106 of Transfer of Property Act. Notarized document is a 50% legalized document to prove its contents.

A.A notarized agreement is a duly stamped document by a recognized notary.
The validity is lifetime.
Every agreement must be notarized if you do intend to create a legal relationship. Hence, Yes.
There is no problem if you register your deed for less than 11 months.
You can either execute a new rent agreement or else continue the previous rent agreement by extension of time period.
