Dear Client,
The deadline for completion of construction of a housing project registered under RERA is the subject matter of the Builder Buyer Agreement(BBA) executed between the parties to the agreement. RERA has no role to play in the matter. RERA is concerned if any deviation or deficiency is caused on the part of the Builder in the completion of the project by the agreed time/deadline, once a complaint is lodged by the buyer against the builder before the RERA.
